Since going "gluten free" a couple of years ago, this flour has been my staple. I have tried others but this one has the best texture and neutral flavor. I tend to be creative with my traditional "flour" dishes and have been experimenting with mixing different GF flour brands to acheive the familiar taste and texture that we have all grown to love. But even with these mixtures my #1 base is Bob's GF all purpose. I'm looking forward to many more delicious creation with this product.
